Sue Pritt
DIP Phys NZ, MNZSP
Sue qualified from Otago as a physiotherapist in 1986, and has worked in hospitals in New Zealand and the UK, before moving on to private practice in New Zealand. Her specialties are musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and rehabilitation.
On the musculoskeletal side Sue has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in Hawkes Bay, Lower Hutt and Taranaki, as well as Lancashire in the UK. She also has a wide range of experience in private practice in NZ, ranging from acute to chronic pain. Most recently she spent 3 years at Lifesync Physiotherapy working extensively using Pilates as a treatment.
She moved into pain management in 2002 by working as a Physiotherapist on the Activity Based Programme contract, and through study for NZ Diploma and post graduate courses.
As well as on the job training Sue has undertaken study towards NZ Diploma in Manipulative Therapy and attended many post graduate courses including Explain Pain, with David Butler in 2006, Movement Impairment Syndromes, with Shirley Sahrmann in 2004 and Tendinopathy & Rehabilitation, with Jill Cook in 2003.
